I was a little apprehensive of leaving our resort to go to a public beach in the Dominican Republic, but I am so glad we did! We loved our experience with Punta Cana Photographer! We had the opportunity of having Matteo take our photos and he was great! I’m a photographer as well (in the United States) and I don’t like being in front of the camera but Matteo was so warm and fun that it was easy to relax. We got our photos back in 6 days and love them! I’m so happy we took a chance with leaving the resort, we loved our experience.

After booking, you will automatically receive a copy of the booking request and the digital ticket in your email. On the ticket you will find all the details, amount paid, amount pending, tour information and contact information.
No problem, when you book, your bank will charge you the amount equivalent to the price in dollars in your currency. This does not have any additional charge to the price, except for the currency exchange applied by your bank.
When you book, you only pay a small amount to guarantee your place. You will pay the remaining amount on the same day you take the tour, to our staff when we pick you up. You can pay the remaining amount in cash in US dollars, euros or Dominican pesos, (or by card). We recommend that you avoid paying the remaining amount of the tour by card, since card payments in the country carry an 18% surcharge as bank fees for using a dataphone, and it is not the responsibility of Hello Caribe Tours.
We are constantly monitoring weather conditions, and if these do not allow a tour you have booked to take place, we will postpone it to another day when it can be carried out. If you have taken out cancellation insurance, you can get a refund of your reservation if you cannot attend on the new date.
